Terms & Conditions

The referred person must be a new client to Hearing Excellence Clinic Ltd. The person recommending us must be an existing client of Hearing Excellence Clinic Ltd. The shopping voucher and appointment discount are only valid for the new client's first appointment.

*Ear wax removal, hearing health check and hearing test shopping vouchers are sent via emailed E-voucher within 30 days of the new client attending and paying for their appointment.

​

** Hearing aid purchase shopping vouchers are sent via emailed E-voucher 60 days after the new client has been fitted and paid for their hearing aid.
